yes , beside making them ourselves, is there like a site that has pre-made sound effects??

depends what you're looking for.. google for sound clips to find some generic content, otherwise you might have to get some software and record things yourself.. which is much more original and fun Wink

Loads. Google "free sound effects" or somesuch.
Make sure you grab .wav or .mp3 files so they're compatible with Turing.

try http://www.stonewashed.net/sfx.html or you could try http://www.sounddogs.com/. They have some really weird ones like "Screwdriver being removed from Dog's head"
