1. It is very possible to do evil things with Turing.
2. It is very possible to shutdown a computer with Turing.
3. No one will help you create monstrosities.
4. If you look hard enough you will find many examples.

well if you post anything like that here, not only will you get yourself banned, but Dan will also fly to Toronto to personally bust your kneacups. I'm serious. Or take away your email. He's a Hacker Dan for a reason.

If you're bored, how about you write some tutorials on subjects not covered yet? I'm pretty sure we have a thread with tutorial requests, or just take a look at what you think we're missing in [Turing Tutorials]

Wink I shall now be expecting an exciting tutorial from you. Think about writing a subject you want to know more about -- this way you'll learn something new yourself, while putting together the article.

Don't worry, we'll help you out of course Very Happy

Darkshining isn't an evil programmer, he's just a bored one. There's a very fine difference Laughing

lol, yes, extremely bored.
i made a program with 1s and 0 s liek the matrix screen, put a message and ran "my desired program".
it was done as a joke,
done for the sake of knowing it can be done and for the knowledge of it. Very Happy
I am not evil. Cool

If you're so bored that you're making random, useless programs in Turing, come on CompSci.ca's IRC channel and learn something new.
