Well, I'm in a Computer Sciences class at school, grade 10 I suppose. Wink It's quite a lame class, and I heard we were going to look into turing. So being the child I am, I found myself a copy and started programming. I had already known pascal, and dipped my hand in Java. So it wasn't that hard to learn Turing.

This is about my 4th game, but this one actually turned out nice. I think the laser beam sound effect really adds something too ... LAZER BEAMS, PEW PEW PEW.. Rolling Eyes Wink

rate it, or comment, whatever is fine. Later

*P.S* Since I just coded the AI for the 1 player mode last night, I saved it as a seperate executable. So you can either choose 1 or 2 player mode, by clicking on the corresponding exe. Laughing

edit* - Controls ... oops, forgot to post them Wink
ARROW KEYS + ENTER = player1 - movement & shoot
W,A,S,D + Q = player1 - movement & shoot

Works for me.

That a nice start to programming, especially for grade 10. Your background is a little too big for me, and in that two player mode, i didn't really catch two people playing.

Good start though.

The two player was for having 'two' unique people on the same keyboard. Confused Both capable of controlling and cuntioning a different spaceship. The AI that is in that old zip is kinda funky, so I rewrote it in class today.

And for the monitor size, I run resolution at 1280 x 1024 .. so no doubt it might not fit on all monitors. The game width / height = 1214 / 866.

And thank you for the comments, it was fun to make.

Nice Game Very Happy , a little slow for my P2, but still a very good start. You might want to think of adding obsticals for both players and maybe objects that you can collect along the way, that can increase the fuel.

I think that u shud have made the spaceships smaller, so that its more challenging. Otherwise, a nice start Wink
