Just finished the game, now will someone give me some advice on what should be on my intro? After I'm finished, I'll load the game up for anyone that is interested. Suggestions are welcome, and any special effects too Very Happy .

oh yeah, btw, need to post up on some information regarding the game. I don't know how to classify it. There is a FPS part, a linear battle screen part(kinda like Tales of Phantasia, if anyone ever played it), and I am using mario sprites. So can anyone help me make up a funny story line, involving mario and the gang?

there are two parts, when u get into the maze, it's like a first person shooter game, you chase each other around, then if u see them, u can fire some kinda laser or something, and then u get into the linear battle screen to duke it out. the linear screen is like any real time Worms game. There are selection of weapons to use to take down the opponent. So far, I am using Mario and Peach sprite for the game.

u could use some 3d stuff for intro... like 4d letters fly in... or mario 3d rotates around...

hmm..well i have an idea but it might sound stupid and it might be really hard to do. Its like a small movie, where mario and the gang are walking. then like ghosts or wutever take control and turn mario and the ppl against each other. I would be amazed if u can pull this off, cuz its almost impossible to do it in turing. Maybe in flash, but not in turing. Unless u can find a way to put like a small flash video as an intro, which then leads into the game.

Are u doubting my skills as a programmer!!!??? Calling me stupid eh?

Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

just kidding, I think that's a good idea. I think i can do it, we did something like that for our midterm game. Isn't it just bunch of sprites strung together? Like a large animation. I think I'll use that. Cool, this even gives me an idea for the ending. Sweet, thanks krishon.

Now all I need is alot of mario character sprites and some cool effects, like when Big Boo brain controls Mario, and some flashy background effects as well......

yeah i know Very Happy...
run your program press the scroll lock button(located 2 buttons right of f12) and make sure the scroll lock light is on. then run your program and hit printscrn button(located next to f12)... then go to any picture editor(such as paint brush) and simply paste your picture by pressing ctrl+c... then save the picture and that's it... Very Happy
