i think its only 5/10 on compsci because we spam so much, most of the content on this site has nothing to do with programming.

Where do you find out the ratings of sites?

that was my point, the abundance of spam may have brought the score down because it may take a while to find code or help that you need amidst all the spam that is in existence on this board. other than that, i don't really know what you mean by "what's my point" to a point that i already made...

I thought the google rating was for the number of hits per a period of time?

that explains amailer's site's rating. Razz .

compsci should be way higher..... no fair... and the one at the top is just a FOrum... not realy for turorials and stuff...

i think dan should give out 20 bits to each user that adds a compsci link to their page
and post taht information on main page, so... compsci gets more hits...
and.....
http://www.addpro.com ... submit ur site for free to 20 top engines
it gives lots of good hits,.,,

wow... if you search for the_short22 in google web... it comes up 22 results...
and the_short1 comes up with 30...

... cool stuff....

**reminds himself to submit his turing page across the net with www.addpro.com***
