TXC I think is the Scarborough campus.
You applied to UTSG but gave you UTSC. |

Co-op and residence mainly. Also, it is easier to take courses on your main campus but that's about it |

[Gandalf] describes the differences well. There have been plenty of discussion on the forums regarding UofToronto's different campuses. Based on the school alone, I'd likely go with the University of Toronto (even alternate offer), out of that list. Though there could be other contributing factors that might swing your decision either way. |

It's not that simple. The best student at "weak" school is likely better than the worst student at "strong" school. Attendance on its own will not grant you much... but the opportunities will be different, and it really matters as to what you'll do with such opportunities.
If you are not challenged enough in a "weak" school, then yes, you will not be as good as you could have been, if you had more room to grow. On the other hand, if you take on too much, fail, and burn out... you could end up in a worse position.
University choices are likely one of the most important decisions you'd ever have to make, so do some research and give it some thought. Don't let anyone (myself included) just tell you what to do.

Oh, I was mentioned! Thanks Tony.
See this thread for my thoughts on the main differences between the satellite campuses and St George.
As for the above, I couldn't agree more. People will often respect you more if you are assertive and question things. |

On the subject of "weak" schools: if you go to a school with less of a reputation, then there's more chance for you to give it a reputation. ![Wink Wink](http://compsci.ca/v3/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) |
