I just take all the formatting out when I post questions.

I just find it too hard to read, as those big headings stand out so much, and it is much easier to read just plain 12 pt un-formatted text.

Plus I have seen this happen more than a few times, where people's questions don't get posted for some reason (thought it has never happened to me)

Except when most people take the template out, they tend to not provide any of the information needed. The template isn't necessary if you know what information to give, but most people seem not to.
