Background picture

How do you set a picture as the background? I tried the search but it didnt help.

Resize the pic using paint or photoshop or whatever, then just draw it, and you might consider using picUnderMerge.

Or you could just have everything drawn to screen in order and use View.Update

yah...its a trial and error thing...just resize or if its the right size, just locate it around the screen till u get wut u want
