I downloaded it and extracted it.
I double click Turing and the error pops up.
I'll upload the panic log that came with it.
Please help me, I need it for schoolwork =(

Where did you download turing from?
What OS (and version of the OS) are you trying to install it on?
Also there is alot of odd looking ASCII text in the log where there should be none. What langue is your operating system?

could this have something to do with it trying to load .dll files from a temporary directory?
Try unpackaging everything into a more permanent location. Make sure that all the files, including Support\Bin directories are in one place, and are readable by the system.

I use Windows XP Professional 2002 SP3
and i got it from holtsoft.com
I found land.dll from bin and i cannot
Register DLL.
I think I'm missing something called
"DllRegisterServer"
