do wav and other sound type files work better than mp3? because i encoded in mp3, and the sounds seem delayed, so are other formats faster? or how can i fix the delay in sound?

It sounds more like you did not encoded your MP3 correctly then it being the format or turings fault.

MP3 files are smaller in size then wav so they should be faster loading, but take more work to play on the cpu. However i don't think this is enought to make a noticebale diffrence when playing a file.

I noticed that Turing is delayed for every type of audio file. So it doesn't matter if you use MP3 or WAV or even have a MIDI file. They all take the same to load.
