I think I saw someone create a topic by this name, but it was gone by the time I clicked through to see. It's an interesting subject though. The term workstation will be stretched and mean the place where you get most of your work done. Work being anything of arguably productive value... paid, hobby, school assignments... You know, just share a picture of your desk Laughing

I wrote about mine recently, but here's the picture of it again!

yes, indeed. Though that was a while ago. Besides, that had more desktop screenshots than pictures of physical setups.

This is where I do most of my indoor hobbies and schoolwork. I have everything within arms reach. Good thing I don't have my own fridge. Otherwise I'd probably be overweight.

Heh, ya I made the topic. I deleted because it was in the wrong forum, and didn't remake it.

So here is my desk:

Here is my programming corner, to the right you can see my dot matrix wallet, my charging area, and my magnification light type deal.

This is my electronics workstation, it's currently in mid-organization. Also that image is blurry for w/e reason.

By the way all my furniture is from Ikea. Razz

For the record; I think you all have desks that are much too clean. Clearly if they are that clean you never do any work on them Wink

The doll has a very awesome story behind it that is not really apropriate for the general forums; maybe the user lounge if someone posts a thread asking Wink
The keyboard is great! The mouse that goes with it however sucks in that the scroll wheel doesn't really scroll any more; and it has crap battery life. The white one I'm using right now isn't bad; but wires suck.

I may have posted this some where befor or at least showen it on irc, but my set up has not changed much other then it is more messy and there is different stuff on the white board.

More pics of the same here: http://compsci.ca/~dan/pics/judge/

Mine relay needs a 360 view to get the full effect (more white boards and partical boards are missing, as well as some database diagrams of dwite and compsci.ca on the walls and other stuff), but i am to lazy to clip images together like md.

whoops realized a typo I said nomey but meant money lol

@ Dan I've seen the layout before (that's where I got the idea of a weighted companion cube) and it's good, I'm jealous cause I got a ME and a huge moniter with a relitivly small picture in comparison no pictures cause I got no camera
