Okay I started a project for school that has a huge level of difulculty. First I need to gain access to the hardware and second control CPU scaling
bascily I'm making a kerenl.

Hi, Welcome to compsci.
Question #1: What has this got to do with Turing?
Question #2: Why did you post it in the Turing Tutorials when there is a Turing Help section.
Comment: Can some mod move this to an appropriate forum? |

I'm fairly certain you can't write a kernel in turing; the support just isn't there without adding to the compiler. A kernel will require assembly code (as will CPU scaling) and turing does not allow assembly in any way shape or form. |

Wow.. Leaving Ring3 with turing.. now I HAVE heard everything. Let me know how it works out.. or doesn't work out.. depending on how you look at it..
