| I'm making an air hockey game and I need to know how to get started. I have the table and paddles made but we have never been taught about interactive games. I suppose this game is a lot like Pong. Can anyone help? |

| You need to learn procedure, View.Update and Mouse as well as most of the psyhics behind movement, I reall hope this is for a FP, becasue it will be hard to leanr all that stuff before hand. reall Air hockey isn;t much liek pong except for that the puck goes back and forth. In air hockey the puck is hit by the paddle and bounces down the rink or goes straight, or can even or side to side. You need to do alot od on the spot reasearch for a good Air hockey game, or you could go for the' lazy and cheap way' which is to just have it go straigth and maybe bounce. |
