i know that the subject doesnt say much but....

how do u make code execute when the user does something (such as turn on the computer or etc)

place your executable into a startup folder. Or use some cron equivalent. Any driver to open your file really.

Or get macro scheduler Smile .

This doesn't have too much to do with Turing.
