What is it you are trying to achieve?
<Opening the help menu in Turing>
What is the problem you are having?
<The menu opens, but nothing displays when clicking on topics. I tried opening the help file directly but the same problem occurred.>
Please specify what version of Turing you are using

If you go into your Turing directory and go into the support folder, are there any files and folders there? |

To follow up this post, as far as I can tell, this problem can arise if you have more than one version of Turing on the same computer. I have both Turing 4.1.1 and Open Turing; my help menu only works in the first one. So it is not a big issue. |
