Whenever I try to compile an .exe of my Turing, I get this error

Bad object header in "File Name". (2)

What is this error and how do you get rid of it?

Turing 4.1.1

There's your problem, unfortunately the last officially released version of Turing (4.1.1) has a bug which makes it impossible to compile to an executable.

However, you can most likely get away with using version 4.0.5 (I've used this) or maybe 4.1 (not sure if this one works) without any problems (I don't actually know what was changed from version 4.0.5 to 4.1.1 but everything I've tried to run on 4.0.5 has run fine)

That might have also been addressed in 4.1.1a; though it's been a while since I looked at that. http://compsci.ca/holtsoft/
