How would you draw a small circle on the screen?
How would you draw a large circle?
What is the difference between doing the two?

i have a general idea how to make the bubbles radius grow each time, im just not sure where to start i was thinking of using "if" statements but im not sure how to make it so that if you touch the edge of the circle it still increases size or ends the game
