I haven't used the turing help menu in a while and I just tried to use it but I can't open any pages on it. Every time I click on a page, the window on the right says "Navigation to the webpage was cancelled." I have tried installing it again but that didn't help.

The documentation can be found here.

Did you install it through the setup.exe or is it just a zipped folder with the Turing.exe?

I just installed the zipped folder. Where can I find the setup.exe?

Download 4.0.5_install.zip from the Turing download page and run the installer.

If you want to use 4.1.x. Then take that newer version and copy (and overwrite) C:\Program Files\Turing (Program Files(x86) if you have a x64 OS).

Alternatively, you could probably copy the contents of ../Turing/Support/Help/ from your installed version to your portable one.
