What is it you are trying to achieve?
Trying to make a racing game (i don't know if it should be called a racing game...but whatever).

What is the problem you are having?
I cannot get the opponent cars to have enough time delay so that my car can move around freely, and the second wave of cars keep repeating themselves.

Describe what you have tried to solve this problem
i have made the first wave of cars appear randomly with Rand.Int and the second wave as well but i made it so it never appears in the same lane twice.

Please specify what version of Turing you are using
I am using Turing V4.1.1
