Is it possible to access USB through Turing? My teacher seems to think so... Confused

Most teachers seem to think so because they don't know. Turing does support input from USB, for example the lego cars. Also like BigBear mentioned Joysticks. I am not sure on how much Turing supports.

Doesn't it only have access to joysticks through usb because the controller ism loaded by windows (accessable from control panel) So it still needs the driver
