When you type in
Turing:
asm

into the turing IDE it puts it in bold letters, which means its a key word. You cant make it a variable and when you try to run a program containing it it says it's unsupported. Does that mean they were going to implement it before Holtsoft went down the pooper?

I looked in to this a bit but could not find much other then it is listed in the keywords section of the documentation and it is a token in the lexical analyzer for Turing.

It's hard to say why they put it in, but my guses is is reservering a keyword for the futtuer, it used to be used in an old version of turing or they wanted to disallow it's use for some reason. There are some other odd keywrods that seem to do nothing as well but since holt soft is gone, it is unlikey we will ever find out unless some one asks Tom West or Dr. Holt.
