Hey guys so for my final isu my teacher gave us 3 problems to do from new jersey university competition or something like that and i solved the first 2 but i have no idea how to do this one.

so can you guys please help me like guide me through it or write part of a code or list what i will have to do because i have no idea. by the way im not asking for a full code but if one can be provided as a example much apprieciated. cheers

You can easily find standard 9x9 sudoku puzzles and practice solving those, to get some ideas.
