Is Holt Software still in business

Is Holt Software still in business I have been trying to get a hold of them since September with no luck. I have emailed, phoned and faxed no response. Does anyone know if they are in business still or how to get a hold of them.

It has allways been rather hard to tell what is going on with holt.

They seem to have a policy of not talking to students as messed up as that sounds since even during there best of times they whould never talk to tony or i. It also seems that they almost run there business as a hobby and only do aucatal work right befor they need to renew there contract with the school borads.

What we do know is that there last big contract was in 2002 with the minstry of education of ontario for a lincese of turing for an unknow length of time and that in 2005 turing 4.1 was relincesed to them for another unknow amount of time.

Holt has also told schools to stop contacting them about lincesing there software and to contact there OESS representative instentd, tho this is most likey becues they allready have the linceses if they are in ontario.


If you are realy inreasted in contacting them they also have phone numbers for school techsuport that do not seem to be listed on there contact page witch is (416) 978-8363.

The last update to there site was on Nov 28, 2003 so my guse is they probly are in hybernation intill there contact is up with the school borad. Maybe we should get some peoleop to send out e-mails and phone them and find out (if not aucatly go there).


Update: I am starting an investiagtion in to this my self and have tracked down the presnident of holth softs new contact information and localtion (aucatly it is kind of funny where he is now, hidding under some of our noises :p). I will update if i get any information back.

Placed an order on Sept. 6/07 still hasn't arrived. Have emailed, called and left messages and even faxed numerous times with no response. Want to know if I will ever receive my order I need it to teach. Ordered the Turing Stuff resource. Does anyone have the resource maybe I can make a copy of it.

I have sent e-mails out to all the peoleop involed with holt soft and to dr. holt him self. I will tell you if i get any reply.

If i do not get any kind of reply (witch is likey) i will try to convie some one to go talk to dr. holt that lives near by.

I do know peoleop in waterloo other then you. But if you whont you can do talk to him, it could not hurt
