Car Rental with 4 different calculations

Okay so basically let me run you off with a small story.

I took a computer engineering class, and being happy because id known that my teacher was going to be good..since he is known for teaching the engineering class. SO, weeks later our teacher has been switched, and now we have a computer programmer teaching our engineering class..

Its been extremely difficult for me, because first he doesnt know anything about computer engineering, so he can't teach at all. Secondly, he is now sort of taking our class into programming with turing and all..

But grr, he doesnt even teach us how to use turing, i mean all he gives us are handouts..he doesnt explain anything.

So now we have this lab that i have attached..and I honestly have no idea what to do, or how to begin it..

If anybody would like to help me, even a little bit, i would be very grateful..

Most peolepo have enought of there own home work and are not going to down load a copy of of your assigment to give help on or do for you.

I wasn't asking for somebody to do it for me..rather to help me get started..

As I have no idea on how to start..
