so i usually use OOT ver 3.1.1 and it seems to be alot better than turing because of its debugger. one problem is that View.Update doesnt work in oot. Is there another name for the command or is there just no viewupdate in oot.

OOT is an older version of the IDE for Turing (it's up to 4.1 now). View.Update will not work in 3.1.1 because it was never actually implemented. I'm pretty darn sure that the code for it was never written in Turing itself either (probably done in C++), so you'll have to upgrade to 4.x for it to work.

If you must use that version there's no View.Update, but back then people used to use the Sprite module.
