Could someone give me some definitions or examples to the following, cant find my textbook, or any sites to provide a good glossary (or give me a good site for them!):

high-level language

object program

source program

errors - syntax, logic, runtime(execution)

step by step refinement

waterfall model

sequential file

binary file

scope of variable or constant

algorithm

predefine function

predefined procedure

formal parameter

actual parameter

dynamic formal parameter

None of those are specific to the Turing programming language. The Waterfall model, for example, is a way to mess up your development in any environment.
