Not to my knowledge, Turing cannot modify those aspects, you could look at 3 party programs that allow you to change the icons.

Turing doesn't give you that option from within the editor, but there are 3rd party applications that can change icon files associated with executables.
Latest from compsci.ca/blog: Tony's programming blog. DWITE - a programming contest.

If you do some digging you should actually be able to find an old thread on how to do exactly that. If I knew where it was I'd post a link. I might later, if I can remember and find it. It might be in the Turing Tutorial section. Barring that it'd be in the help section. But it does use a third party program, so you may even be better off googleing a program to swap out a program's icon.

@Carey: Thank you!! That was what I was referring to, but I couldn't for the life of me remember the name.

The thread that I'd been referring to earlier is: http://compsci.ca/v3/viewtopic.php?t=7749&highlight=resource+hacker
