Where is the turing help file? I don't have it.  Is there a way to download it?

| well there most certainly a help file on 4, its one like the last pulldown menu at the top or somethin (dun't remember cuz i haven't used it for a while), and then its like turing reference or soemthin, ask someone else to verify. |
