OK so I've been talking to my server using Turing for some time now. No problems I sent data to the server, it sent data back to Turing. I made a small multiplayer game with online high score keeping and now all of a sudden my server is only returning " 406 not acceptable"

i can garantee no one here will have that magical answer. a 406 error? hmmm...

try posting the source of your turing program in question, and then if there are no flaws in it you can safely decide it is the server and thus post on a forum that deals with servers.

Well, of course we will not have a magical answer since we do not have your code or the context of the problem, but you should try google. Here's the first result for "406 error"
