heyy, can anyone help? i need to know how to put gif files into turing. sorry, im a turing noob. can anyone please help me?

Turing doesn't support .gif images, unless you have the elusive Turing v4.1. You'll have to convert the file to another file type, perferably .bmp or .jpg.

If you are looking to display an animation .gif, you'll have to break it up into multiple .bmp or .jpg files. You should then load all those images into an array. You can then draw each frame of the original .gif manually.
