Error proof Matchmaker

ok i have no idea why this isnt working we have tried every thing we can think of and this will still not work. so if anyone has some time could they run the progs and see if they can figure it our for me plz n thx
order of prog run
1:create info
2:matcher

first enter phone number(optional just enter 0)
then first name
last name
sex:1=male 2=female
