Most languages have some type of construct for dealing with this sort of problem, but it's rarely based on ranges like this. Foreach loops are the standard way in most high-level languages. Turing is based on Pascal though so I wouldn't be surprised if it has something similar. I'm sure you can find others if you look hard enough. VHDL and Verilog have excellent range support but those are languages for hardware, not software.
