This is just a simple question, how does the bits system under our usernames work?

Yes, but I forget to who and how much. It's their duty to remind me when the bits system is fixed.
Except, I think I remember oweing tokenherbz 10 bits for caling me Canvas. I woouldn't forget a thing like that!
