Does anyone know of one? a IM program that allows 3 way voice conversations. |

You can use something like Ventrilo or Teamspeak. They are mostly used for games, but basically you can just go on some public server, make a private (password protected) channel, and talk with many people. I've never done this before, but I tried it out once. |

Or use google talk.
Get all the 3 people on your google talk account, make sure they have each other added... start a voice convo with each one of them (they should do the same) and it works XD (thats the sad part about google talk.. in a way).
Whne you talk, all 3 of them can hear it.
But yeah, use TS or Ventrilo, I think Ventrilo gives better quality. |

I've never set up my own channel or server, but I've tried using TS once. |

Use Ventrilo or TS. Preferably Ventrilo, unless you plan to admin a large public voice server, for which TS has better tools. Ventrilo has much better voice quality though. |
