C++ is a language, not a program. Any numbers of programs may be created with compile a program written in C++ to machine code. These are known as "c++ compilers".
The best bet for a free C++ compiler for Windows (I'm assuming Windows) is MinGW. Go to http://www.mingw.org. |

You might also have better luck learning a language other then C++. C++ is a very difficult language to start with, a much better choice would be ruby, or a similar language. There are many tutorials in teh forums; just do a search, or ask wtd about ruby. |
