| Really nice, did you make it? With photoshop I presume? Personally, the only thing I would change is to make it smaller, I just like smaller ones better. I like the text, and background effects a lot, well made! |

| Really? That's what I use - PSP7, I didn't know it could do things like that. Would you mind posting a brief explanation of how you made it? Did you get some plugin or addon to make it? |

no plug-ins, I have version 8.0 with all the new brushes and stuff though.
All I really did was use the painbrush, with ALOT of zoom then cleared up the image some. |

Looks like a lot of filters and/or brushes. 
Try to work on the text. |
