Need Ideas for Creating an Animation

I want to create a short animation in Flash that isn't very long, maybe 30-45 seconds or so. I need some ideas of simple animations that I can do because I am a newbie to Flash. If you guys can give me some simple ideas it'll be appreciated, thanks.

Well you can do something thats fun and simple. Like a stickman fighting sence. A few secounds of punching each other. And if someone dies, all the better.
