Neat.. stick a webcam on the back of your laptop and find someway to automatically update your computers background and it'd be simple. Smile

Heh. We were discussing this in IRC yesterday. In order to be realistic, it'd have to capture a panoramic image and change depending on your angle of viewing the screen.

It's just be easier to make an LCD with transparent materials.

Why not just get a projector... then you don't need to do anything except set your desktop to black...
