I really hate to bring up such an old topic, but I've succeeded on getting LaTeX to render perfectly on my own phpBB board, so if the admins here ever decide it would be a good move (I think so), I can post a complete walkthrough on how to do it.

We have been over this b4 in the past.......i can not add that mod for reasons raging from it making secuity holes, to it requrring moduals that are not sported by the host nor will they install them.

I think he had his head shoved up his ass...

But really, how much could a latex mod affect security? At the very least it would be interesting to see what it would require... I would be interested in it for my own site, although I'd have to mod it to [url=http://www.punbb.org/]punbb[url]

The magoritry of thos hacks hapened during that time frame (ie. while u where here). Also i am not shure how it effects secuity excaly, i was toald this by my host. It could be false but that is eralvent since the host still will not add the needed php modual.

Could it be posted here though, so that others may add it to their own boards?
