Why is "decimal" and "normal" two different choices?
Anyway, if by "communicate" you mean "with other human beings" then I don't think that there's much of a contest. When was the last time you said "I went to sleep at 010110 hours last night!"? |

maybe a cheap form of encryption?
like for a low budget company....
besides the algoriths would be almost impossible to memorize... like binary is with powers............. |

no......thress swtches whould be qoutmecomputing where u can have somting on and off at the same time. right now it is just 2, on or off but not both at the same time....... |
