There's Tutorialized too. Lot's of links to sites with good tutorials. (For 3ds Max, Flash, etc. as well.)

Seriously, "good-tutorials.com" is the best. I learned how to use Photoshop from there. Also, pixel2life.com is even better. They have tutorials for about 10 different softwares. They are amazing.

Yes, pixel2life and goodtuts is best. I'd give more and some great tutorials, but of course, my comp's power supply died, and I'm on my dad's. Also, if deviantart.com wasn't mentioned, you can sign up there, have a blog, submit art, and do all sorts of other things. Also, if you aren't very good at graphics, you can download good brush packs and look at the tutorials (in picture form) that other users have submitted.
