hi,
What is the slowest to the fastest internet connections?? meaning listed in order. What are the most popular ones that are used for home use?? Can an T line or OC lines be used for an home use or do they need to be used as business meaning will they install and setup in a bed room?? How fast is a 1270 kbps download and 320 kbps upload as in talking about ADSL?? Can ADSL go any faster then 1270 kbps?? What is the best router for home use at http://www.cisco.com/ ?? |

Why don't you just do a little research, like on google. ISP speed rankings or w/e. |

well because i never have any luck in google or search engines and i thought maybe someone had a networking book. Without doing any research. Do u or anyone have the info im looking for?? |

OK.. So cable is broadband and not high speed?? What type of connection for high speed can be used for home use?? How good is my ADSL connection?? |

OC192 is right up there for the fastest.
Japan, Korea, and some other places in that area have fiber optics as the main internet, meaning that internet there starts at about 10mbps, and goes up to 100mbps (for costs comparable to the prices that we pay here for our 1.5 - 10mbps connections).
All is not lost to our little yellow friends, however, as cogeco is currently laying down fiber optics cables and we should see fiber optic internet start to come out by Q2 next year. |

well guys n girls.. how good is my connection?? hell i dont got money 4 an damn OC192. I pay between $50.00 to $60.00 for my ADSL per month. I live in the USA. Does anyone live in the USA?? |
