This is my breakout game, my FP.
It functions pretty well, there are no glitches that I know about in this version. If any of you guys notice someting interesting, or have any comments please post, mabye a SS if nessecary as well. I do intend ti improve this, even though I am done with comp sci for this year.

Hmm... the music must be too large to attatch in the .zip, I'll just post the sound free version.

READ THIS:

controls: mouse
falling dot things: powerups .... try to collect them
if the paddle changes shape: It's the gun powerup. click to shoot bullets at the bricks

Looks good, but you might want to show what the powerups do, cause right now I only see black balls dropping. And also you can make some of the blocks have different attributes, like more than one hit to destroy. Nice looking editor too. No one wants to comment mine Sad lol, 11 downloads yet no comments and only 3 votes. Does urs run slower with music? oh yea, u might wanna limit paddlesize, I kinda just entered 600 ... lol

good suggestions. I think I will make a to do list.

About the editor so you dont have to examine the code:

type a file name, and .txt is automatically tacked onto the end
type an integer colour number (if you stay below 100 you wont run into problems with the default colours in the main game)
click the squares to colour (you can also hold + drag)
click the bottom 100px vertically to enter another colour
enter colour -1 to exit the program and create the textfile

I had a function to change the physics at will for testing purposes but I took it out, and there are constraints on the ball speed, but I guess they don't work properly on different systems.

Actually you can change the colour. Click near the number of the colour you just input and a cursor will appear. Type the new colour number and press enter. Voila!
