internet help!

How do i get in this this options? (the one in the attachment)
All the sudden, my internet became slow and I cant get into "location area connectiong property" anymore, before, i just go internet -> property, local-somthing-somthing-> property and i'll be there, but now i cant! and i just realize that i'm not even using tcp/ip! what's going on?! |

Click on your connections tab, then properties.
Or go to your control panel, select network, you should see it there. |

yeah, that's how it should be done, but it's not showing!
btw, instead, i saw something like "internet bridge" or something like that (chinese xp, that the best translation i could come up with ^^") never had that before... i think if i get it back to tcp/ip, it'llbe faster again |
