Just started the Shit

Yeah i just started i get all the tools. But i dont how to make different frames and how to make stuff move. So I need some help.

in the short while I tried it here's what I did:
make one frame with a background, then copy and paste that background to however many frames.
then make an object and change its position in every frame by a bit, then when you go thru it frame by frame, it moves.
My way is prolly bad though, dunno how else.

You draw your object in first frame in the start position, you draw the object in its end position few frames later then motion tween in between
