i thought that this thread would be deserving of such an amazing title, so i made it so.

this is for your favourite books (those things with a cover and little words that exist in the material world, much like those things that exist on a computer screen).

my favourite books/books i respect:
1984 - george orwell
animal farm - "
brave new world - aldous huxley
to kill a mockingbird - harper lee
dracula - bram stoker
lotr - tolkien
harry potter (yeahhhhhhh) - rowling
the gentle spirit - some eastern european/russian guy
the pearl - i forget (steinbeck maybe)
of mice and men - steinbeck
the catcher in the rye - salinger
franny and zooey - salinger
nine stories - salinger
some sociology books from my dad - ?
hannibal - ? (the book about that carthaginian who almost conquered rome)
the russian revolution - ?
mein kampf - hitler, duh (kindof interesting, im not anti-semitic)
the communist manifesto - marx/engels (also kindof interesting, but hard to understand for me)

i will add some more when i remember them or come across them. i read a lot and i recommend all these books to you. post your favourite books do the poll too

I don't really like to read. The only books i usually read are for school work, someone must force me to read a book and force me to enjoy it, than maybe ill start reading more
