when i double click a certain program i am prompted for sureness that i want to run this program, but when i execute it though its name in cmd, i dont get the prompt, can any1 explain?
also can someone explain why when i type ipconfig in cmd it doesnt work unless i run it as administrator?
last can any1 tell me how to delete my own posts?
