when i open my computer many programs starts automatically, but the startup folder is empty, how do i add startup programs without using the startup folder? |

Start > Run > msconfig
Not sure how to add to that list there. |

Google "windows registry startup programs" for lots of details. Hairy fragile thing that the Windows registry is.
So as a precautionary tale, don't go tromping around in regedit. Here be monsters. With those monsters, power and fine control.
