| I'm taking english grade 12 university level online next semester and im wondering if it counts the same as eng4ui. because I want to apply to university, so i just need to make sure that online grade 12 english is valid for admission. |

Should be valid, but the typical disclaimer applies -- when in doubt, contact the admissions officer.
I believe that marks from online classes receive a penalty (possibly because the marks are inflated more than usual). |

| No idea. It's up to the University to guess what your mark would have been like, if you had taken in-school class instead. |
