I am trying to help a friend out by finding a freeware app that easily blocks incoming numbers. They're ex got their phone number off of a friend, and the unwanted individual has been harassing my friend with various forms of hate messages at random hours of the day/night and so on.
I know tat you can call the cell provider to have numbers blocked, but an app would be easier to manage other numbers. This is sort of a urgent response as the ex knows that exams are coming up for my friend and is trying really hard to make it hard for my friend to study. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can of course also block ALL incoming calls whenever you want by using GSM codes.

You could also try not relying on a technology when solving a societal issue - but that's just crazy talk.
